Our Leadership Team
Chandra Acharya, P.Eng., PhD, FEC, EP, CESA, PMP®️, RMP®️ is Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Managing Director of Geocentric Engineering Lab, and President/CEO of the Geocrust Group (Mauritius) and Envirogeotech (EGC) Group (Canada). He is a Fellow of Engineers Canada and a licensed Professional Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure, commercial, and environmental projects across Canada, Mauritius, and internationally. Dr. Acharya has served as Geotechnical Engineer of Record on numerous complex projects, providing technical leadership and innovative, risk-informed solutions.

Dr. Chandra Acharya
Specialized in Geotechnics, Prof (Dr) Rajeshwar Goodary holds a PhD in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering. With over twenty-five years of experience in soil testing, he has held prestigious positions including Head of the Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory, Dean of Faculty, and Deputy Director General at the Université des Mascareignes. An accomplished researcher and author of over 35 publications and two patents, he actively contributes to the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. At Geocentric Engineering Lab, Prof (Dr) Goodary leads a specialized team of Geomaterial Technologists and Engineers, ensuring excellence in every project.
